The Kiloran Project is a study in balance. Light and privacy. Softness and structure. Technology and tactility. A real family home, thoughtfully fitted with Luxaflex® window furnishings that respond to architecture, orientation and the natural rhythm of daily life.
Rather than a one-size approach, each space has been treated individually, creating a cohesive flow throughout the home while allowing every room to function exactly as it should.
The experience of the Kiloran Project begins before you step inside.
At the entrance, green and white striped canopy awnings set a quietly confident tone. Framing the front façade, they introduce colour and rhythm while offering practical shade to the doors beyond.
It is a subtle statement that feels timeless rather than trend-led, signalling that every detail of the home has been carefully considered.

As you move indoors, this sense of intention continues.
The formal dining room introduces the palette of the home. Sheer curtains on champagne tracks frame both French doors and windows, creating an elegant backdrop that enhances the sense of occasion without blocking natural light.

Moving through to the kitchen and family meals area, sheer drapery wraps a curved French door, gently diffusing daylight and echoing the architectural lines of the space. Pirouette® Shadings follow the curve of the colonial windows, offering tailored light control and privacy while maintaining the home’s fluid layout.
Relaxed Roman blinds and sheer curtains introduce texture and warmth throughout the living zones. A picture window becomes a quiet focal point, left intentionally untouched to preserve uninterrupted views of the established cedar tree beyond.

Details that elevate the everyday.
Transitional spaces have been given the same level of consideration. The bar, hallway and bathroom are softened with relaxed Roman blinds in sheer fabrics, adding cohesion and warmth while maintaining privacy where required. The distinctive pink bar becomes a true feature, elevated by the softness and texture of the relaxed Roman blind.

Designed for complete immersion, the cinema room offers a striking contrast to the lighter spaces of the home. Automated Duette® Shades in a blockout fabric deliver true darkness and acoustic comfort, transforming the room into a space designed for retreat.

A home designed with intention
What defines the Kiloran Project is not just the scale of the installation, but the restraint behind each choice. Every Luxaflex® product has been selected to support how the home is lived in, enhancing comfort without overpowering the design.
This is a home where window furnishings are not an afterthought, but an integral part of the architecture, shaping light, mood and movement throughout the day.
